Hi there, what's the setup Intent ID?
Unfortunately i dont have access to the server and i cant seem to find that anywhere.. is that located anywhere on the main stripe billing pages? I'm not a dev either so laymens terms would be really good here hahah 😬

I'll see what i can do as we dont have a Dev on team setting this up. I've set this all up from the beginning and have linked it to our CRM - all Credit/Debit card payments have been set up and ive tested them. They are all working fine, its just the BECS payments i need to test now. It has added in Live Mode and doesnt look to have any issues but we cant move our memberships over until i can test direct debits. Is there any assistance available at all from your end if i dont have access to a Dev?
I won't be any of help if I don't have the setupIntent ID.
