I'm not sure I understand the use case here. But in general, you can import external transaction into your Stripe Account:

Ok this is it

Understand what I need
I have a local paymentthird-party getway with my company name in Africa

And I also have a strip account with my company name in USA

Now when a customer from Africa places an oder on my website and clicks check out bottom he makes payment via local payment and the money reflect in my strip balance

The money need to be processed by Stripe, otherwise it won't be reflected in your Stripe Account.
