No you can't retrieve the fees at creation

you can use this formula though if you want to pass in the stripe fee on to customers https://support.stripe.com/questions/passing-the-stripe-fee-on-to-customers

yeah i saw that, but i was hoping to get it from stripes end to factor in any client specific rate changes from standard fee structure - oh well!
