No it generate one url If i paste url in browser it shows screen like this

Yup, this is the right process! You should redirect the customer to this URL to manage their subscription and payment method details

That will not be possible. Customer has to click Update plan button to enter this page

You can disable Cancellations of subscription in customer portal here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/portal
