Yes, Im following this guide https://stripe.com/docs/customer-management/activate-no-code-customer-portal, in the section share portal link I introduce my email in the billing login URL, but I dont receive any email
Ok, and is there a Customer object that corresponds with the email you're inputting?
The login link doesn’t reveal whether a matching customer with the same email address is found or not. If a one-time passcode isn’t received, ensure the email address entered matches the email address of an existing customer.
Is there an error thrown in the UI?
Yes, Im testing both in the test mode
in the ui just says If email is active with ..., you'll receive a link. The link will be active for 30 minutes.

Can you share the cus_xxx that the email address you're using maps to?

in the headers I see the request-id, but im not sure if that belongs to the stripe logs
