Let's back up for a minute - what specific stripe product are you using? Are you using Checkout? Or somethign else?

something is strange

im in canada

and we have province

but when someone from england tried buying

how is he suppose to fill up province/state

if they don't have those in england

i told them to put city but they wouldnt know

They wouldn't fill in province - they would change the country (in the dropdown) to be their country and fill out the bililng address like that
