Hello Rubeus I am currently working on the website I set up webflow ecommerce with another product which we have since removed when trying to purchase this product everything was fine but since getting rid and adding a subscription product payment isn't going through at all can't see any problems on webflow side so guessing it's stripe? I have emailed webflow to see if they can help

In that case the Webflow folks are going to be able to help you more than I can. If you can't see or control the code involved there's not a lot I can to do help. I am curious, though, if you ran through various test cards in Stripe's test mode to confirm various scenarios worked?

Any date in the future and any CVC will work with that test card.

But you have to switch to your test mode API keys.

I think you're talking about the Stripe Dashboard, but the goal here is to test your Webflow integration in test mode. I'm not sure how Webflow works; did you plug your Stripe API keys in somewhere? Or did you go through a connection process to link Webflow to Stripe? Does Webflow have some kind of test environment?

so when i connected stripe to webflow i clicked connect and it just brought a pop up to log into stripe

Ah, okay, so there should be someting on Webflow's end where you can test in test mode.

Like something where you can say "I want to switch to testing in Stripe's test mode" on their end.

i dont think is a test mode for the payment. it just shows what the customer would see when the payment has gone through

I can help with the Stripe side of things, but the first step is to get Webflow into test mode and test using that test card.

But I can't tell you how to get Webflow to use Stripe's test mode, that's something Webflow needs to help you with.

my designer read something that the defult currency had to be the same on webflow and stripe but i belive they both are because the product shows in dollars and it does aswell on the website

Like right now I don't even know which parts of Stripe your Webflow integration is using. Are you using Checkout Sessions? Payment Intents? Payment Element? Something else?
