Hi there!
Can you share the ID (req_xxx) of the failing API request?
https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request
Yep, here it is: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_cXWkRpJD4Ah0Bq
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Thanks for sharing. From what reference you saw dashboard_destination_customer_balance?
These are the supported parameters for refund API:
https://stripe.com/docs/api/refunds/create
This is the call I saw on production: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_AoqxsXHmYs0OW0
I actually tried the /refund api, but I don't see a way to force the amount to go to the cash_balace rather than going to the customer's original payment method?
This API was triggered from the Dashboard.
it's not available on the public API
I see! Are there any plans to get it to the API soon? Or would be rather implement the process on our end to "move" the money in our systems?

Nope. This is a dashboard only feature for now.

That can be an option yeah
Thanks a bunch! Do you have a link to were we can propose feature requests to Stripe?
