How can we update wise pad 3 manually without connecting to the software? (our current wisepad3 version firmware is : 4.01.00.24 and latest version is : 4.01.00.32 ). From react native liabry we are not receiving update event. 2- from the installAvailabeUpdate function we dont receive any reply

Thanks for the email. Yeah, not seeing a ticket created for this. If you can create a new ticket with the basic info about this error and your sample zip attached, I can pull it in to my team's queue for a colleague to look at

Unfortunately I'm not able to run the app at the moment (issues with my setup for running it securely) and this looks to be fairly in depth so it looks like figuring this out would likely take longer than you are on this server.

Bluetooth Terminals don't have a way to update other than connecting to devices through the SDK. You can try downloading our sample iOS project and connecting with that to update https://github.com/stripe/stripe-terminal-ios/tree/master/Example
