I've tried removing the associated subscripiton and even customer and re-creating them, but it still shows up

Turned back on and then off just now to see if maybe that'll trigger it...
I guess I'll just keep an eye on it and reach back out at some point if it doesn't go away. Weird behavior 🤷♂️

Yes if you want to disable in test mode it looks like you'll need to disable in live mode first.

It wouldn't allow me to disable it in test mode until I disabled in live mode. But after disabling, it still shows up

Could it be that the PI is attached to an invoice? So the hosted invoice settings get applied?
I just turned it off for invoices as well
