They should have, sorry you have had such a poor experience there. So I see that in your screenshot that both the registration code and save button are greyed out, is that the basic issue that you aren't allowed to save it in the dashboard from that dialogue?

Find the registration code? Or something else? I can find how to get that for your reader. What model are you working with?
