hi
doesn't seem like you have added a free trial
if you created the Pricing Table in the Dashboard, show me a screenshot of how that config looks, or if you used code, show me what the code looks like.
i have added free trail in pricing
no, you have to add it when configuring the PricingTable(per the docs that I shared)
adding it that way on the Product doesn't work(I know that's confusing but it's how it is)
how to do that in dashboard
because i created pricing table via dashboard
see the docs I linked and also the screenshot I shared that both show how to do it
like that?
yes
Currently, I am using a pricing table, and my requirement is to set a free trial for the product instead of "subscribe" in the button name, as the pricing table should display the button as "Subscribe."
is that possible?
yes
how to do that
actually let me take that back
I don't understand what you're saying
are you saying you want the button itself to say "Subscribe" instead of "Start trial", even though you're using a free trial?
yes
then no, that's not possible and not how it works
One user, Karuppasamy (ksbecse@gmail.com), who visits my website for the first time, sees the "Start Free Trial" button. After registering for the free trial, if the same user visits my website again after a few days, the button should now display as "Subscribe," similar to the functionality in the pricing table.
After the free trial period ends, the button should no longer display as "Free Trial." Instead, it should indicate a paid subscription option to encourage customers to move beyond the free trial.
that's not something you can build with just the simple drop-in PricingTable really
you'd want to build your own custom landing page that takes account of the logged in user and their current state and any subscriptions they have if you need something like that; the PricingTable does not have any "state" or knowledge of what customer is looking at it
you can implement anything in a custom page given enough development resources and time
how to generate payment link for that product in dashboard?
I don't think you can, PaymentLinks don't support that kind of graduated-pricing Price, it seems.
can you please guide me how to achieve this in dashboard without using pricing table
you wouldn't use the Dashboard, you'd write custom code on your website
can you please give sample custom code for that
no, since it would be bespoke business logic of your own site, and depends on how you authenticate the customers of your website and recognise when the same user returns, and so on.
Hi how to upgraded and downgraded, cancel subscription in dashboard
Hi! I'm taking over this thread.
When you look at a subscription in the dashbaord, click on the "action" button and then "update subscription" link
i need to implement this my website..user just click the link and update or cancel the subscription
Then you should use the Customer Portal: https://stripe.com/docs/no-code/customer-portal
is that possible to check it test account?
Give me a few minutes to run som tests.
ok
Can you try with the same email address you used to create the Stripe account?
no
I think that's the only option to test this in test mode.
Yes
but no mail received
