Creating direct charges

With Connect, you can make charges directly on the connected account and take fees in the process.

For Direct Charge, the conneced account is responsible for the stripe fee, so they'll see that $2.20 goes to stripe.

Did you login to the account's own Dashboard (i.e., not through your account's Dashboard)?

You created acct_1NDifF2ewOL4vThr directly with Stripe (i.e., not through another platform), so this account can become a platform.

OK, then you can just create a account directly with Stripe and don't complete the account activiate so that this account can't be switched to live mode
