Now i added webhook to send more events, this new webhook didn't sended events from incomplete payments or canceled. I added these events today so we don't have much events to show

Okay, i sended support ticket from wordpress about this like one week ago but i haven't got any answer. How to contact them? Is it so Stripe Payment plugin is maintained by Stripe?

Therefore i tought i will now try to get some guidance here. I have a developer to help but developer need some idea what to do

Yeah sorry we can't help more - we don't control how plugins are developed so we have no idea what setup they need

Now things are a bit changed, we use this Stripe payment plugin and at that time we used Stripe connect plugin. Do you have any other advice? Like do we need Stripe connect plugin or can you see from payment ID's what is the issue there. Payment intend problem there have been at least.. We have used Stripe like more than a month and seems payment gateway is still not working

Now i tried to create a support ticket but there is a error, they can't receive it. They never answered. Also Main Stripe support don't do nothing.. Interesting.. If we can't soon solve this only way is to change payment gateway or do you have any advice?

Let me see if I can at least point you towards what might be wrong - you said it was your webhook endpoint that was failing, right? Do you have an event ID I can take a look at?
