I do have one question about bacs though
I am using these test details and my subscription first becomes active (as expected) then after 3 mins becomes canceled
Shouldn't it become past_due because the insufficient_funds error will be retried in bacs? Why does it go straight to canceled because it is the 1st invoice that hasn't been paid?
AFAIK we don't retry payments on invoices using bank debit payment methods

yeah when it says retryable it just means you could try again after checking with the customer
