What I would do is do one phase which resets the billing cycle + adds in a new price (but keeps the old price)

and then immediately after that you can remove the old price (since at this point it's now been invoiced)

That's expected, the error is trying to tell you the phase should be the length of the Price cycle

after update sub with only reset billing cycle and after immediately add new phase with new price I see that error

I have product "Image render" it volume based and metered.
That we can do for change price and invoice used products without lost data ?
