Hi ๐ it depends on your integration. If your flow is leveraging our Payment Element and creating the Payment Intents before rendering the element, then it could be that customers are not completing the checkout process but don't abandon until after the element is rendered.

Yes, Optimize Checkouts is a platform that integrates with Stripe.
Looking at one of these items it says 'payment intent created' so this must be what you're referring to.
I take it this means there isn't a problem, it's literally an abandoned cart
That would be my assumption, but we don't know anything about how OptimizeCheckouts built designed their Stripe integration to work, so I would recommend following up with their support team if you need more insight.
