You need to make sure that these PaymentMethods are activated in your dashboard:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods
If the customer has a valid browser (Chrome/Safari) and a valid registred card, then Google/Apple Pay will be displayed automatically without any additional configuration.

I have setup and activated apple pay by verifying my domain
but still when trying to pay only card details are appearing
