Is there any way to just send it to the local endpoint? I know I can disable the hosted one, but if possible I would like not to disrupt that one.

Because I want my local environment to be detached from the staging environment.

One for production and staging, and one for development?

Yes, it's best to have 2 different accounts then. We only have Test and Live now.
