Hi
I am using a software where I create sales pages and digital products on their website. I just need to connect my stripe account on their website and I did. But the transactions are not happening.
When I try to do a transaction it says NON-INR transactions address should be outside of India
How can I do that? I have set my account to international payments
I can only support if you have a direct integration with Stripe. If you have questions related to a 3rd-party plugin, I'd suggest you to reach out to the plugin developer directly.
I am not using any plugin
Did you write code to build your Stripe integration? Or you are using a 3rd-party software to take Stripe payments?
example - I have created my account on a bizzy website - I sell digital products on that website, I just need to connect my stripe account in the profile settings on the website. But when I try to transact it says non-inr transactions should have address outside of india
Yes, I am taking from other website where they have stripe integration. But i did not write any code
OK, in this case please reach out the developer who built this website.
Ok
My questions is why I am I seeing the error NON-INR transactions should have adress outside of INDIA??? And it's says to visit to a stripe document
I dont think it has anything to do with the 3rd party website
I can take a look if you can share with me the ID of this paymentIntent,
because all the settings were done inside stripe right
Sure
Thank you, Just give me a minute
@gleaming helm here is the payment ID : pi_3N5dIVSIvKxxe4ed0dIgsnG0

OK. It looks like a problem with Stripe. Can I suggest you to write into Stripe https://support.stripe.com/contact/email and let them know about this? Share with them the paymentIntent ID and your settings screenshot.
