It depends! For a subscription you'd see the upcoming invoice event before a draft invoice is created if thats what you're asking.

oh when i advancing the time and the latest invoice is paid then i am getting it into my db not in draft

once invoice is finalized, it should have open status
but if you have automatic collection then the invoice should charge the payment method immediately which should then update the status to paid
