Happy to provide screenshots if the above isn't very clear
Hello! That's correct, accounts are created on an individual basis. There isn't really a "company profile" like you're describing. If you want multiple people to access the test account you would need to add those people to the test account as team members.
So for each new account I would have to add the entire dev team individually?
Yes.
And I am only seeing this message because it was created by the "Evention" profile and then shared to me?
"shared" meaning I was added to the team for that specific account?
And final question if I may; is there any way to do this more efficiently?
That message is showing up because the account was created in test mode.
Not really a more efficient way right now, no. Most devs have their own test accounts rather than sharing a single one; when test accounts are shared it's easy to step on each others toes and cause issues.
Apologies, to clarify, I do understand that it was created in tested mode. I'm referring specifically the phrase "...created by Evention..." this mean that someone signed into the profile named "Evention" created it, correct?
It means it was created by your platform account, which I assume is called "Evention".
Evention is indeed our platform account
So for similar results with another account... log into the platform account and create a test-mode account I'm guessing?
Yes.
Solid, thank you!
