We're not available to Georgian merchants today: https://stripe.com/global
So you'd need a legal entity/business in a supported country
Once Stripe is supported in your country, you’ll be able to accept payments from customers anywhere in the world.
These questions are better suited for support, too: https://support.stripe.com/contact

What about Kazakhstan?
Did you check the link? Should answer your Q
I've found a website selling items,
and they ship from Russia/ Georgia/ Kazakhstan
and they accept stripe payments
so i'm confused
It's not really something I can help with. You should speak to support as advised
I'm just wondering if they can be using stripe to accept payments,
as they already are
Maybe, sure. Perhaps they have a legal entity in a supported country. I don't know
Makes sense, someone told me they were gonna be banned from stripe for using stripe but I wasn't sure, so I asked here
But this is a server for technical/developer support, which this is not. Please redirect any further Qs to the support URL
Okay I just found this "Yes, individuals and businesses from Kazakhstan can accept payments through Stripe as long as they meet Stripe's eligibility requirements. However, it's worth noting that Stripe may have specific restrictions or limitations on certain types of businesses or industries in certain countries. It's best to check with Stripe's terms of service and support team for more information on their specific policies regarding payments from Kazakhstan."
You have a nice day
