Ah okay looks like you have a UK account so you can only current accept GBP for bank transfer / customer balance

Because we have clients from other countries, such as Spain, and we would like them to be able to pay us via bank transfer and we get the money in GBP. Is that possible?

Don't believe this is supported yet. You would need an EU-based Stripe Account for that currently
I do believe we are working on that functionality for the future though

Like I said you would currently have to open an EU Stripe Account for that. We are working on allowing these cross-region bank transfers but right now do not support it.
If you want you could contact our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and see if you could get on a beta list for this feature as I know we want to roll it out in the near future
