what do you mean by Prestashop's support? Paypal payment works well. I wrote though Prestashop Addons but they send me to the official Stripe Support webpage where i had to choose to read documents or contact via Discord

the problem might be in the code of the module, which we don't have access to, so I wouldn't be able to know what's really happening and what's the issue

and in all cases, it's not something you as a user of this module can do anything about

whomever (might be Stripe, might be someone else, I'm not sure) who is maintaining that module should look into their code and troubleshoot that
