That looks like the first payment on the subscription. Not a renewal

But looks to just have been declined

#

Declines can happen in live mode too. It's really up to the bank

Let me see if I can get more info into why this test mode transaction was declined

Ah looks like the 3220 test card, right?

That one should require 3DS every time so it is leading to a decline on the off_session attempt here

Can you try using the 4000002500003155 test card?

Still a bit weird though... would not expect that generic_decline here...
