You have two options use the Dashboard and add Fund cash balance to the customer or use the API to do the same action.
The PaymentMethod you are asking for is a bank transfer and not a bank debit.
So in test mode you need to simulate the fact that a customer send/do a transfer to the bank details mentioned in the Checkout Session
