I can't test this in your testing environment. I guess testing environment doesn't deliver mail on plan purchase / amount refund.

What made you think it's not updated?
If the email address is updated successfully then the mail should be delivered to the updated email. But the customer is still saying that the mail is delivering to the previous email.
In stripe it's showing the mail is updated but in reality it's not delivering the email to the updated email. I hope i'm able to understand you my problem.
I'd suggest you to ask your customer to check their spam folder
I asked same from the customer but customer is saying that there is no email in spam from the stripe.
Can you ask your testing/QA team to test this ?
I think this is bug.

This is the previous email of this customer sowmiya.sampath+dr@scanova.io and after updating the email, mail is even delivering to this email. I think this should be stoped.
Did you update the customer with this new email address? I don't any request to update to this email address.
This customer is registered with this email : sowmiya.sampath+dr@scanova.io then i updated the email to sowmi55sambath@gmail.com but the customer is saying that the mail is not delivering to the updated email. It's still delivering on previous email which is sowmiya.sampath+dr@scanova.io
From my end I can see the email address is updated to sowmi55sambath@gmail.com and we have sent mutliple emails to this email address successfully.

That's why i want to you re-test this test case from your Testing/Quality Analyst team. So that they can better understand & Analyse the observations.
What is the email about? is it about successful payement or refund?
Its about delivery.

Hey! Taking over for my colleague. There isn't Delivery (Emails) in Stripe integrations... can you share what reference are you following in order to integrate Delivery email using Stripe ?
Whatever the email is sending from the stripe it's delivering to the previous email.

Probably you should reach out to Stripe Support at https://support.stripe.com/contact as this isn't an integration API issue
I reached out to the support team but they are unable to answer my query.
As this isn't an API integration question, I'm affraid that we can't dig this further... but you can ask the customer about a payment/email sample sent after 2023-04-19 06:22:26 UTC and that was delivered to the old email address and let's check this further...
