Can you display the PaymentPage you are referring to ?

Checkout Session or Elements don't display existing payment methods for example.

It's the checkout session, but usually it does suggest saved credit card when they have a cardholder name but it seems like we can't add a cardholder name on the customer portal. I don't know if that's the reason.

that could be your browser saved card but not Stripe Saved card.

The checkout session payment method is filled automatically with payment methods saved on stripe.

Are you using Stripe Link by chance ?

I'm using the link created by 'stripe.checkout.sessions.create'

and users click on that link to subscribe to our product

The thing is that it automatically fills the payment method inputs on that link only when the saved card has a cardholder name with it and we can't add it on the customer portal

yeah, I think there are very specific rules for when Checkout will prefill a card

#

I generally just assume it will not prefill it; Checkout is really intended for collecting new information.
