So, our users in our platform provide online in-app purchase options, that we can`t proceed with classic payments by apple pay or credit card. So those in-app payments are going to our developer apple and google account, but on our side, we would like to pay this collected amounts from in-app purchase to our creators.

I'm not sure I understand your question. When making payment using Stripe, the money goes into your pending balance, then a few days later in your available balance, and then the funds are paid out to your bank account.
