Where are you referring to for this access limit? What details are you trying to access?

I'm trying to access things like date of birth, passport number etc. The limit is imposed on the key you use, which must be a restricted key that either (and not both):

  1. Can only access results for 48 hours
  2. Can access results indefinitely but must be IP-restricted

I can't really find the exact article for it, but it's explained when you create a secret key as well

#

So the question is just if these 48 hours are from the time of upload or the report's creation time

Do you have an example request failing?

Hold on

Hi there 👋 taking over, as my colleague needs to step away

I would think that the results of the most recent event would be shown for 48 hours. Are you seeing something else?

plucky path
#

I'm not, but as you can imagine, it's hard to test

#

So I just wanted some clarification as waiting 48 hours before making an implementation decision is not very productive 😄

#

I guess I could try with an older verification session by writing a test script

#

I think they’re all redacted though

#

Id have to check

Could you give the engineer access to all the detailed verification results in the meantime? I can check with the product team and follow up via email, but there's no guarantee that it will take less time

What engineer?

#

I can't give access to "all results" because it requires IP filter and is incompatible with our infrastructure

#

It’s fine if you don’t know, I’ll figure it out. I just wanted to ask as that would have been easier

Apologies, I thought you were trying to create a restricted key for a specific person. Anyway, it's up to you. I don't know off-hand and would have to work with the product team to find out

Alright. I’ll test my way out of it

#

But maybe some feedback could be to make this element clearer in the docs

Absolutely makes sense. Will add that as feedback to the product team
