Oh I think I just figured it out. If I view the dashboard as their account, I see the tax rates header
I guess just to confirm, it's not possible to define a tax rate on my platform account and use that across different connected accounts, right?
Hi ๐ we aren't too familiar with the dashboard in this forum, so I'm not entirely certain if that is possible, but if so you'd likely do so by:
- going here to view your list of Connected Accounts: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/overview
- click on the desired account
- then use the "view dashboard as this account" (exact wording may be different) from the overflow menu near the top right of the page.
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Depends on the charge structure you're using, if you're using Direct Charges then you're correct that those Tax Rates need to be created on the Connected Account.
Any time!
