Hmmm, that's very odd.
The error code could be a red herring. Can you copy/paste the Payment Intent ID as well as the code you ran to create the Payment Element?

Is there a way for me to bypass the required phone and address info to get to your checkout page, or how can I see where you expect apply pay to show up?
