Can't find it in the documentation, but curious if there exist any way to customize the checkout branding on a "per client basis"?

I'll add some detail, it might help to describe the situation better.

Our service is to provide companies with an Employee Swag store. We have built our own e-commerce solution and cart for that. Our payment provider is Stripe.

When an employee at one of our clients go in a buy some swag, the whole experience is customized to their brand up until the payment (which is branded by us through the Stripe dashboard)

Right now all client swag shops are connected to a single Stripe account.

Is there a way to provide companies with a branded (their brand) checkout experience without having to create a new stripe account for each client?

Nope, you should be using separate accounts for projects/website or businesses...
