Do you mean making the tax_id_collection mandatory? https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-tax_id_collection

If so, I don't see a way to make that field mandatory no. You would need to collect that information on your end before creating the Checkout Session.
