I tried another card and it didn't fail the same way but it's useless for my testing as cannot be used for recurring payments in INR
If that CC number became not testing but real one, I would not mind and will buy a Tesla instead 😄
Could you please double check the card number, I managed to successfully use it in Test mode.
I tried several times withing past 3 hours. No luck. Also, I didn't not enter any credit card number manually. At all times, I copy/paste it from the page I mentioned above

Yes, for sure, there should be event saying that mandate was successfully confirmed

I advanced the test clocks so it will show whether next payment cycle is successful or not in ~5-7 mins

I believe the card issue is still in place (I cheched about ~1 hour ago last time).

The question why e-mandate was not generated/updated is important as well
we'll report it internally and the eng team will have a look maybe at some point and it might get fixed in a few weeks/months; in the meantime just use a different test card

So to me it looks like e-mandate is required and the lack of it is not appropriate
