hello! what do you mean by "cancel"? Sofort is a no dispute payment method : https://stripe.com/docs/payments/sofort/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=checkout#refunds-and-disputes
one of our customer asked this question.
How does this work out on the merchant side? Once the customer has completed the payment process with the bank, is there still the possibility that the customer could cancel the payment?
Our current back office system doesn’t have the function to ring fence orders using a particular payment method so they would all get processed and despatched
once you've received the payment_intent.succeeded webhook event, there shouldn't be any possibility of the customer "cancelling" the payment
One more question, why GPay is not displayed on Stripe checkout
req_porwNeS5F1sDj8
Yeah,
are you using Google Chrome?
I have Stripe payment request button integration in my WooCommer ce checkout page and it shows GPay buton
Yes Google chrome
is this setting enabled in your browser?
Yes
I've valid cards and all other settings enabled in Browser that's why Stripes payment request button is getting displayed..
we don't support IPs based in India for Google Pay and Apple Pay : https://support.stripe.com/questions/supported-payment-methods-currencies-and-businesses-for-stripe-accounts-in-india
I'm a plugin developer, and our plugin is used by global customer. Then how could I test Stripe checkout with Gpay?
you're probably going to need to find a colleague based outside of India to test
Does Stripe checkout support amzon pay?
no, we don't support amazon pay
you can see the PaymentMethods we support and for which product here : https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/integration-options#payment-method-product-support
If I use VPN to change country, then would i test gpay?
you can try, i don't know if it'll work
ok
