Don't mean to bounce you around but Support is the only one that can help. I recommend filling out the form here: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email. The team will likely ask you to authenticate your account at a later time but this at least gets you to a place where you can share more details about the issue

I understand you're frustrated but please try https://support.stripe.com/contact/email from a new browser, or log out of your Stripe account first. You should be able to see a text form and a field to share your email address
