No, i didn't apply tax for their state at all to this day. But i got this notification so i have start collecting tax.

Aha! found it - a toggle should be showing up in the invoice editor when you create an Invoice in the dashboard

Are you registered for all the countries you collect taxes in? I believ the "note registered" means you're missing a tax registration (https://stripe.com/docs/tax/set-up#add-registrations) for that country/market

Not every country, just the ones where you have a tax obligation (like you mentioned with Europe)

That I don't know (I'm not a tax expert) - the dashboard (https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/tax) should be flagging which tax thresholds you're meeting but I don't know the specific tax requirements for every country

Yes you should be able to do exactly that. However, I recommend you talk to our support team for further advice on how to use our tax product though: https://support.stripe.com. We're not experts on tax in here.
