OK, so this subscription starts at 2023-02-28 16:00:00 UTC, and that's why the time one month later is 2023-03-28 16:00:00 UTC, which is 2023-03-29 00:00:00 PST

The subscription is created 02/28/2023 but the start date is 03/01/2023, it also shows in the start date is 03/01/2023, right?

How can we correct the billing date? The coverage should be March 1 to 31.

Stripe starts subscription based on UTC time. So my advice is to avoid start the subscription on the 1st day of the month if your timezone is different from UTC.

But the thing is this happened just once, we usually set up subscription on the first of the month and everything is correct.

#

I'm still confuse because the start date is March 1, so regardless when we create the subscription it will start on March 1 and the coverage should be 30 days right? not 28 days.

As I explained before, the subscription starts on 2023-02-28 16:00:00 UTC. Stripe timestamps are always based on UTC time.
