On my website, I would like to propose a kitty per user that they could recharge by doing various missions.
I was thinking of doing it like this:

• I refund my stripe account with x€.
• The customer completes the mission
• Automatically, when the mission is successful, it transfers part of the stripe funds to the customer's stripe funds
• I get the customer's fund back and display it on my website as his kitty
• The customer can then transfer his entire kitty (i.e. his stripe funds) to his bank account

It's not a game but I think it doesn't matter, but for more context it's a site where companies can create user tests through a panel of people. This panel would in return be paid for each test performed. And when a test is completed, the kitty would be fed.

Is it more clear? if not I can explain all the process with more details and exemples 🙂

and let's try to identify the personas

you are the platform I assume, so who is the customer (the one who is paying) and who are the providers of the service (the ones who your platform is going to payout) ?

I am indeed the platform. The customers are the companies, and thus pay the platform (thus me) in order to set up user tests for their new features for example.

Once their tests are set up on my platform, it is then up to a panel of testers to test their new features. This panel are the people I pay to test the features of the companies.

It is not only available to US accounts. You are likely looking at Cross Border Payouts? There are other flavors of Connect which are supported in the EU

Oh ok, I will check but you can confirm that the customers will be able to pay and these funds will be entirely from my business balance. And that the testers will be able to have the balance filled from my company's fund beforehand?

Because all this works asynchronously, it's not the customers who pay the testers because the testers are not yet in the loop when the customers will set up their tests on my platform, if you know what I mean
