Hey! Taking over for my colleague. Can you share please wider screenshot or where are you seeing this exactly ? what implementation you are following ?
Here is an exmple of our Subscription PDF invoice. This invoice has Wells Fargo payment details (this is a virtual account provided by Stripe), we need to replace these details with the details of our account in our bank.
not invoice from the screenshot, but the same case:

Thanks for sharing let me check
Ok now I understand your ask, the invoice you shared is open, if the customer pays it using a bank transfer then they did the transfer to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. Then you'll have the funds.... so in the result invoice (like in the screenshot you shared) we display the account that the customer sent the funds to... which is WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. and not yours.
You can't change that.
Can't we change this for future invoices as well? All subscription invoices can only include Wells Fargo banking details?
Only if the customer chooses to pay using bank transfer they'll see that, as they are sending funds to them in order to pay you. If they use for example card to pay the invoice they want see that bank details in the resulting invoice
I understand, but this is a problem for us, customers do not want to bank transfer to an account that is virtual, does not belong to us and we cannot provide them with documents on this account. We want to add other details to the invoices, is it really impossible in any way?

If you want to use Stripe Elements, you can't accept transfer directly to your Bank Account, so I would say no that' not possible.
But you can double check with Stripe Support and confirm this at:

Sorry for not helping you further, because this isn't a technical integration Question and Stripe Suppot has more insights about this.
