For Checkout Session Creation API https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create, there's no customer_details.details or shipping_details.address parameters for the request. They are only available in the response after collecting the information from the customer.

I wish that user don't need to type the address again, as he will already do this in his profile. At checkout, I would just like to pass the address just for editing if necessary

Thanks for sharing your use case. Checkout Session doesn't support pre-filling the address. If billing_address_collection or shipping_address_collection is enabled, customer will have to fill in himself/herself without the address being pre-filled
