I already raised a ticket with Stripe support and understood that we need to upgrade our integration with Stripe, for this I need to arrange a call with our developers
This is a PaymentMethod, We need the PaymentIntent Id that you got a 3ds issue with.
You can request that directly to the ongoing email you have with Stripe Support.
Can you copy past that id please?

The cardholder began 3D Secure authentication but has not completed it.
That means the customer started the 3DS and didn't completed the authentication.
How are you integrating Stripe?
We contacted the customer, he informed us that there was a problem in our form when it reached 3D secure
what problem ? do you have a screenshot ?
we have a custome integration so we are not using the standard redirecting page
No we dont have a screenshot as it happened with customer. I tried to test another payment myslef but it didnt request 3D secure. So not sure how I can replicate it
In test mode you can use on of these cards that will trigger 3DS:

try reproduce the issue with these cards in Test mode.
ok thanks, I beilive Stripe support team has tested this as they confirmed in the email thread that after checking our account, it looks like there is a need to update our integration. and shared with me documentations for Update your integration for SCA
You should follow that guide in order to do the upgrade, and don't hesitate to come back if you have any follow up question.
