Which version of stripe-react-native are you using?
Are you using Expo? If so, which version?
Which version(s) of the mobile SDKs (iOS, Android) are included in your bundle?

Hmm, seems there was a Kotlin bump upstream in stripe-android to 1.8.0 that could be related. See: https://github.com/stripe/stripe-react-native/issues/1294#issuecomment-1426150258

After Kotlin version upgrade, no Kotlin error now.

If so, I'd recommend working with the team via GitHub. They maintain the repository, so have the most context on the issue and a possible solution

Either way, this seems like a compatibility issue with a package in your project and the Kotlin version of stripe-android
