here is the error log
whenever someone try to checkout using stripe, they get "payment processing error"
so i enable the error log in stripe to record what causing it and shared it with you above

Do you see the Payment Intent in your Dashboard?
(And have you successfully test it in Test mode?)

if test mode is working fine then why live is not working?
Maybe in Livemode your customer used a non-valid card?
We don't know, since it doesn't generate any log in Stripe Dashboard. Maybe you can try a live transaction with your own card (just suggesting)
