Say Trade subscription at £20 pm
and you want to upgrade to Pro at £30pm
the prorate amount being £10 immediate payment
Do I have to show the customer they will be charged that £10 immediately ?
if you're sending them the invoice then yes
is there any specific rules or documentation to cite for that ?
I know it would be a common thing and would normally do it anyways but have a persistent client not wanting to show it
