No. you may be able to test, but as I advised in our previous thread, you need to contact support to confirm

But you cannot accept payments with it in India. Only in the United States

Apple and Google Pay within Stripe work in all supported countries that Apple and Google support

Not sure if apple pay or google pay work in India off the top of my head
