Good morning.
I asked for help to understand what is happening in some subscriptions that had payment refused by the card and that are generating undue pro rata and charging a lower amount than what is in the subscription.
Every subscription that is having a payment resuced is generating this case.
I did not identify in our logic the sending of prorata when reactivating the customer's subscription, so I would like this additional help to understand what we are doing wrong
