Depending on your use-case, it might make more sense to have 1 account with several users (restricted by role): https://stripe.com/docs/account/teams/roles

User roles

Give team members controlled access to your Stripe account.

thank you for your reply. If we insist of having two accounts, can they both reflect the same company and use the same bank account for payouts?

Or does Stripe somehow restrict this?

AFAIK that's restricted if it's the same legal entity

But I recommend talking to support as they're more familiar with account-related compliance things. We just focus on API integrations in here
